What do you do when a friend brings you bags and bags of apples from Normandy? This burnt honey apple cake is a start.
My friend Vanessa came to stay for a couple of nights, breaking her long drive from Normandy to her house in Puglia. She brought with her bags of apples from our friend’s orchard.
