Parsley trails
This week, I use up the last of the parsley and create a pretty tomato salad. Summer’s end never looked or tasted so good.
When I do my grocery shopping in one of the village’s three greengrocers – that’s one for every 2,500 souls - or at the Tuesday market, I often end up with a little gift nestled among the tomatoes, carrots, onions and melons.
