The mystery of the French breakfast radish

…remains unsolved. I love them at any time of day. This week, a recipe for one of the simplest French starters, radishes with anchovy butter, and a market haul that had to bring its own sunshine.

Anchovy butter is also excellent on a radish open sandwich, Please excuse the frou frou, but the chives are just coming into flower in the garden and I couldn’t resist them.
