When soup is the answer

This week, I make a huge vat of soup, plus a market haul so pretty someone on social media accused me of using an AI image. People, eh?

The most French food of all is soup, the traditional evening meal at home, with broth or mere water as the medium for it. One wonders how many Parisians, how many French, still make soup more or less daily.
